These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the takabuzz platform, including all casino games, sports betting markets, promotional offers, and account services. Please read this document carefully before registering or placing any wager. By creating an account you agree to be bound by these terms in full.
Key Principles at a Glance
18+ Adult Platform
takabuzz is exclusively for adults aged 18 and above. Age is verified at registration and at the point of first withdrawal. Access by minors is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure.
One Account Per Player
Each player may hold only one active account on takabuzz. Duplicate accounts, shared accounts, and proxy registrations are strictly forbidden and may result in the forfeiture of all balances without notice.
BDT Accounts Only
All accounts on takabuzz are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). Deposits and withdrawals are processed exclusively through approved BDT payment channels including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay.
Bonus Terms Apply
All bonuses, free spins, and promotional credits are subject to wagering requirements detailed in the specific promotion terms. Bonuses cannot be withdrawn until wagering conditions are fully met.
Fair Use Policy
Any attempt to exploit software errors, use automated betting systems, engage in arbitrage abuse, or manipulate promotional terms will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances pending a full investigation.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. takabuzz will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone. Report any suspected unauthorised access to support immediately.
Section 1
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, registering on, or placing any wager through the takabuzz platform (the "Platform"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions (the "Terms"), together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable Bonus Terms published on this Platform. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and takabuzz with respect to your use of the Platform.
If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease accessing the Platform and must not create an account or place any wagers. Continued use of the Platform following any posted update to these Terms constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised Terms.
takabuzz reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, reasonable notice will be provided via the Platform or by email to your registered address. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The effective date displayed at the top of this page indicates when the current version was last updated.
Section 2
Eligibility & Age Restriction
To register and maintain an account on takabuzz, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:
- You are at least 18 years of age. takabuzz operates as a strictly 18+ platform. No exceptions will be made under any circumstances.
- You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online casino and sports betting activity is not explicitly prohibited for your personal participation.
- You are acting on your own behalf as an individual and not as an agent, proxy, or representative of any third party.
- You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of an employee of takabuzz or any of its associated service providers, game studios, or technology partners.
- You are not registered on any self-exclusion list that would prohibit you from participating in gambling activities, nor are you in a cooling-off period initiated on this Platform or any other platform operated by the same group.
- You are of sound mind and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement under the laws of Bangladesh.
Age Verification: takabuzz employs a mandatory age verification process. Your declared age is checked against your registered Bangladeshi mobile number at the point of registration. A full identity verification — which may include submission of a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or other government-issued document — is required before your first withdrawal is processed. Where age or identity cannot be confirmed to the Platform's satisfaction, your account will be suspended pending resolution.
Any account found to be registered by or operated on behalf of a person under 18 years of age will be closed immediately. Any balance held in such an account will be forfeited in full. takabuzz takes its obligations to prevent underage gambling extremely seriously and cooperates fully with any investigation into such matters.
Section 3
Account Registration & Verification
Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) registered account on takabuzz at any given time. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details, email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, IP addresses, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
When registering an account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your legal full name, date of birth, Bangladeshi mobile number, and any other details requested during the registration process. You agree to promptly update your account information if any of these details change. takabuzz shall not be liable for any issues arising from inaccurate or outdated registration information provided by you.
Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification: takabuzz may request identity verification documents at any point during the account lifecycle — including but not limited to at the time of registration, before processing the first withdrawal, upon reaching certain cumulative deposit thresholds, or when unusual account activity is detected. Acceptable documents include:
- Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID) — front and back
- Valid Bangladeshi passport — photograph page
- Bangladesh driving licence
- Recent utility bill or bank statement (for address verification, dated within 3 months)
- Mobile banking screenshot or statement confirming your bKash / Nagad account number matches the one registered on the Platform
All documents submitted for verification are handled in accordance with the takabuzz Privacy Policy and are used solely for identity and age confirmation purposes. Failure to complete the verification process within 30 days of the initial request will result in the suspension of withdrawal functionality until the process is concluded.
Account Security: You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. takabuzz will never request your password through any communication channel. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility until you notify the support team of a security breach at support@takabuzz.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments
All financial transactions on takabuzz are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). takabuzz does not currently accept deposits or process withdrawals in any foreign currency. No currency conversion fees are applied by the Platform on standard deposit and withdrawal transactions.

Withdrawal Policy: Withdrawal requests submitted by verified accounts are reviewed within a target window of 15 minutes during standard business hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). Requests submitted outside these hours will be processed at the earliest opportunity on the next business day. takabuzz reserves the right to request additional identity or payment verification documents before approving any withdrawal.
Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless an alternative method has been pre-approved by the support team in writing. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and financial fraud.
Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 for mobile banking methods and ৳1,000 for bank transfers. Requests below these thresholds will not be processed and will be held in your account balance.
takabuzz will never deduct fees from a standard withdrawal. If a third-party payment provider applies their own transaction fees, those fees are outside the Platform's control and are not the responsibility of takabuzz.
Section 5
Bonuses & Promotions
takabuzz offers a range of bonuses, free spins, reload offers, cashback programmes, and seasonal promotions (collectively "Promotional Offers") to eligible registered players. All Promotional Offers are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, in addition to the general bonus principles outlined in this section.
Wagering Requirements: Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a specific promotion's terms, all bonus funds and free spin winnings credited to your account are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in the promotion details. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period of the bonus; any unused bonus balance will expire automatically at the end of the validity period.
Eligibility for Promotions: Promotional Offers are generally available to registered, verified players who meet the specific eligibility criteria stated in the offer. Unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise, the following restrictions apply:
- Welcome bonuses are available to new players only, on their first qualifying deposit.
- A player may not claim the same promotion more than once, including by using multiple accounts or payment methods.
- Promotions are personal and non-transferable. They may not be sold, exchanged, or transferred to another player.
- Players who are enrolled in the self-exclusion programme or who have active deposit limits at or below the required minimum qualifying deposit are not eligible to claim bonuses during the restriction period.
- takabuzz employees and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in any Promotional Offer.
Bonus Abuse: Any attempt to exploit bonuses through coordinated play, the use of multiple accounts, collusion, the placing of opposing bets to guarantee a return irrespective of outcome (arbitrage), or any other form of manipulation constitutes bonus abuse. takabuzz reserves the right to void any bonus, withhold associated winnings, and suspend or close any account found to have engaged in bonus abuse, with or without prior notice.
Seasonal Promotions: takabuzz periodically offers promotions aligned with the Bangladesh cultural and sporting calendar, including BPL season cricket offers, Eid ul-Fitr and Eid ul-Adha reload bonuses, Pohela Boishakh celebrations, Independence Day (March 26) specials, and Victory Day (December 16) free spins. These promotions are subject to their own specific terms and are made available to eligible players through the Platform's promotions page.
Section 6
Game Rules & Fair Play
All games available on takabuzz — including live casino tables, video slots, crash games, and sports betting markets — are operated using independently certified Random Number Generators (RNG) or, in the case of live dealer games, real physical outcomes streamed in real time from professional studio environments. The Platform does not and cannot influence game outcomes in favour of or against any individual player.
Return to Player (RTP): The published Return to Player percentage for all slot and table game titles reflects the theoretical long-term statistical return and is not a guarantee of individual session outcomes. RTP figures are determined by the game's developer and are available for review in each game's information panel or on the respective game developer's official website.
Game Providers: takabuzz partners exclusively with reputable, internationally recognised game studios and live dealer content providers. Current partners include but are not limited to Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Pragmatic Play Live, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. All partner studios are subject to independent testing and certification by recognised third-party testing laboratories.
Technical Malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction, interrupted internet connection, or software error that affects the normal outcome of a game round, takabuzz reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the player's account. Winnings generated as a direct result of a confirmed technical error are not valid and will not be paid. Where a dispute arises from a technical malfunction, the records held by the Platform's server logs shall be the authoritative source of information.
Sports Betting: All sports betting markets — including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC events), football, kabaddi, and other available markets — are subject to the specific sports betting rules published on the Platform. Key general principles include:
- Bets accepted in error at clearly incorrect odds may be voided at the Platform's discretion.
- In-play bets accepted after an event's outcome has been determined are void.
- Markets are settled in accordance with official results from the relevant sporting body (ICC, BCB, BFF, etc.).
- Maximum payout limits per event and per market type apply and are displayed on the relevant betting interface.
Section 7
Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the takabuzz Platform. Engaging in any of the activities listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to the relevant authorities where applicable:
- Multiple Accounts: Registering, operating, or benefiting from more than one account, whether under the same or different personal details.
- Underage Gambling: Registering or playing if you are under 18 years of age, or facilitating access to the Platform by any person under 18.
- Fraudulent Deposits: Using fraudulent, stolen, or otherwise unauthorised payment credentials to fund an account.
- Money Laundering: Using the Platform — including depositing and withdrawing funds without genuine gambling activity — for the purpose of laundering, transferring, or concealing funds of any origin.
- Collusion: Cooperating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including but not limited to chip dumping in poker, coordinated live table betting, or information sharing during real-time sporting events.
- Automated Betting: Using bots, scripts, automated tools, or any non-human software to place bets, interact with games, or exploit the Platform's systems in any way.
- Chargebacks: Initiating an unauthorised chargeback, payment dispute, or reversal through your mobile banking provider for funds deposited to your account and used for gambling activity.
- Abusive Behaviour: Using threatening, abusive, discriminatory, or harassing language toward any member of the takabuzz support team or any other player on the Platform.
- Intellectual Property Infringement: Reproducing, distributing, or commercially exploiting any content, data, odds, or intellectual property owned by or licensed to takabuzz without prior written permission.
Section 8
Account Closure & Suspension
Voluntary Closure: You may request the closure of your account at any time by contacting the support team at support@takabuzz. Provide your registered mobile number and your reason for closure. Any remaining cash balance (net of active bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method within 3 business days, subject to completion of any outstanding identity verification requirements.
Self-Exclusion: If you wish to close your account due to concerns about problem gambling, you may request a self-exclusion period of 1 week, 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, or permanent exclusion through the Responsible Gaming settings in your account or by contacting support. During a self-exclusion period, your account will be locked, all marketing communications will be suspended, and you will not be permitted to create a new account. Suspension by takabuzz: takabuzz reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account — with or without notice — where there are reasonable grounds to believe that:
- The account holder has breached any provision of these Terms;
- The account is being used for fraudulent, money-laundering, or other illegal purposes;
- False or misleading registration information has been provided;
- The account holder is under 18 years of age;
- The account holder is subject to a self-exclusion order from this or another platform;
- Continued operation of the account poses a risk to the Platform's integrity or to other players.
Where an account is closed by takabuzz due to a breach of these Terms, any bonus funds, free spin winnings, or balances derived from fraudulent or prohibited activity will be forfeited. Legitimate cash balances (funds deposited but not involved in the breach) may be returned at takabuzz's sole discretion following an internal review.
Dormant Accounts: An account that has not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of 12 months is classified as dormant. takabuzz will attempt to contact you at your registered email address or mobile number before any dormancy policy is applied. Any remaining balance in a dormant account is protected for a period of 36 months from the date of last activity, after which it may be subject to an administrative fee not exceeding ৳100 per month or the remaining balance, whichever is lower, until depleted.
Governing Law & Disputes: These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any dispute arising from your use of the Platform should first be submitted to the takabuzz support team in writing for internal resolution. takabuzz will respond to formal written complaints within 10 business days. Where a dispute cannot be resolved internally, you agree to pursue resolution through applicable legal channels in Bangladesh.
